The booklet: Pregnancy-related Pelvic Girdle Pain for mothers and mothers-to-be can be downloaded and printed.NEWS: with each new review of a booklet, the updated references will be put onto the POGP website, and taken out of the booklet. Fit for Pregnancy, Fit for Birth, Fit for the Future and Fit following Surgery (formerly Fit for Life) have all recently been reviewed, and the references for these booklets will shortly be available on the website. It is hoped that as newer, better references for the advice given in the booklets becomes available we can keep updated more quickly.  NEW - Introductory Pack , one copy of all booklets (except Aquanatal Book).
